Phase Three: Embodiment Alignment • Action • Integration.  Begin living from your truth, making aligned decisions, and embodying the person you are becoming.

About Your Guide 

Lynda Northcott is a Holistic Healing and Transformational Guide devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves. Drawing on years of personal experience, energetic healing, embodiment practices, intuitive guidance, and transformational work, she creates safe spaces where people can remember who they truly are. Her approach is gentle, grounded, heart-led, and deeply transformational.
